Pam Cadile

Market Developer

Pam has a degree in Chemistry from the University of Akron.  Pam’s career started in Corporate Technology with GenCorp working on applications from development to commercialization supporting their five diverse business units; Aerojet (aerospace and pharamaceuticals), Decorative and Building Products (coated fabrics, laminates, wallcovering, roofing), GDX Automotive (automotive seals), Penn Racquetball Sports (tennis balls) and Performance Chemicals (emulsion polymers and specialty chemicals).  In 1999 GenCorp spun off its Decorative and Building Products and Performance Chemicals Businesses into a separate company called OMNOVA Solutions Inc. at which Pam made the decision to remain working in polymers and chemicals for OMNOVA and stay in Akron, Ohio.  In 2002, she was Six Sigma Blackbelt Certified. 

In 2004, Pam started working for ExxonMobil as a Senior Improvement Engineer within the Elastomer Business.  In her last sixteen years with ExxonMobil, she has been in various technical and commercial roles.  She has worked in all of the Polymers Businesses within ExxonMobil from Product Development, Sales, Marketing and Strategic Planning.  In 2018, she was moved to explore the growth in the recycling world for ExxonMobil focused on Canada / USA Markets.  She leads a sales and marketing team that helps customers in Canada and USA find solutions to their needs when they utilize recycle streams.
